SPRING AND SUMMER
SWIM CLASS 2019
Our 2018 summer-long swimming program here at SSBG was a resounding success! With Haleigh Collins as our Water Safety and Swimming Instructor, we had over 90 students complete our Red Cross Learn-to-Swim Program and we're looking to double that number during the 2019 season.
LEARN TO SWIM
Sea Star Base Galveston is now offering Learn-to-Swim classes through the American Red Cross for 2019. The American Red Cross has developed comprehensive swimming lessons for kids that allow everyone the opportunity to learn to swim in a safe environment, at their own pace. Learn-to-Swim classes are taught by certified, knowledgeable and caring instructors who can help swimmers at every level feel comfortable in the water.
To register your child for a Learn-to-Swim class this summer, first review the skill sets for each level listed, and select the level best suited to your child's abilities.
